Densified eyebrows

When it comes to makeup, there is no question of going straight to big strokes of eyeshadows or brushes. It is important to carefully prepare the area to be made up . In the case of eyebrows, this means mastering hair removal and drawing your eyebrow line correctly.

Pluck your eyebrows

Comb your eyebrows outward to correct the line. You can then remove those that do not follow the desired curve. To avoid plucking too much or too little , the tips of your eyebrows should be within the diagonal of the outer corner of your eye. As for the base of the eyebrows, be careful not to have too much space between the two eyes. It is important that the beginning of the eyebrow and the inner corner of the eye lie in the same axis .

Densify your eyebrows

To densify your eyebrows, use an eyebrow pencil in the color of their hair. To intensify your look, choose a color with a shade darker than that of your hair . Avoid the black pencil, however, it could harden your features and make your face look stern. In order to sublimate your eyebrows , you have to fill them in small touches with your pencil. It is necessary to do it in the direction of the hair to have a natural rendering. Start from the birth of the eyebrow to its tip, emphasizing the most sparse places. Be careful, your hand must be light on the pencil so as not to damage your makeup.

Structure your eyebrows

Choose a specially made eyebrow powder or eye shadow to structure your brows . Go for a color that matches your brows. This will keep your makeup natural. Use a bottle brush to brush, discipline and smooth your eyebrow. Using a angled brush , take the powder and drop it on the sparse areas in small touches. With the same brush, then distribute the powder by stretching it along the eyebrow. You can add a little powder on the tip of the eyebrow. This will accentuate the natural gradient .

With your brush, pull back the bristles again to blur the excess powder. Finish off the finish with the brow brush. This will remove the excess powder while evening out the color.

Finalize the makeup

For the final touch, use a cotton ball rather than your fingers. Your cleaning will be more precise and you will avoid depositing germs. For better structuring, apply a clear and luminous powder around your eyebrow in a very light veil. You can also choose a concealer lighter (slightly) than your foundation. Be careful that your concealer blends perfectly into your foundation.

Shaded eyebrows

This technique looks like daily makeup and gives a more defined look to the eyebrows.

Choose your powders

Your eyebrows should be clean and dry. Discipline them with a bottle brush and note the sparse areas. Then take two different powders. If you want a strong effect, choose a light color and a dark color . Brown and gold, for example, create a great contrast. If you want more natural makeup, go for colors that match your brows.

Draw your eyebrows

To draw your eyebrows, define their contours by drawing their lines in pencil. Work in the direction of the hair in small touches from the inside of the eyebrow to the outside. Sharpen the outer tip of the brow as finely as possible. Draw your eyebrows by structuring them with a pencil in the color of your hair for a natural finish.

Apply your powders

Start with the lightest shade. Work in the direction of the hair and by small touches . Start applying the darkest shade in the middle of the eyebrow. At the arc, blur the colors by blending them into each other. Then lay the darkest shade on the tail of the eyebrow. The gradient will thus be natural and successful . You can also make a neutral base. All you need to do is apply a white eye shadow.

Finalize the makeup

With your foundation, mark out the contours of the eyebrows . To highlight the arch of the eyebrow, apply an eye shadow veil in a light shade underneath. Use a coat of brow gel to set your makeup.

Gradient eyebrows

Another popular way to apply eyebrow makeup to women is layering.

Prime your eyebrows

Wash and dry your eyebrows to remove any residue of dust, oil or makeup. Then brush them with a bottle brush to bring out their line . If you feel it is necessary, use the tweezers to remove unwanted hair. After that, cut the hairs that protrude at the level of the top line of your eyebrow.

Draw your eyebrow

With your eyebrow pencil, make an arched line under your eyebrow . Start with its inner part to the middle of the eyebrow. At this point, start to gradually darken the line. Make the tail of your eyebrow neat and well defined.

Densify your eyebrows

Use an angled brush to apply eyebrow powder in the space demarcated by the pencil lines. Always start your work from the inside to the outside of your eyebrow. Apply your powder in small strokes following the direction of the brow hairs. Still using your brush, blur the pencil line. Now create your gradient by depositing more powder at the outer tip of the eyebrow .

Finish the front of the eyebrow

Using your brush, brush the front of the eyebrow to remove excess powder and harmonize its distribution. Your accessory must be cleaned to avoid damaging the gradient by applying the powder.

Set your makeup

Start by applying a touch of dark circles product or concealer to the outer half of the eyebrow and below. Use a brush to blend the product and accentuate the gradient. You can then fix your makeup with clear mascara or eyebrow gel. Be careful, only apply one coat.

A word of advice, avoid plucking your eyebrows on the eve of an event. You might end up with little red patches around your eyebrows. However, if this happens, you can apply concealer to cover up the redness.
