Delivery and returns
Shipping your package
Packages are usually shipped within 1-3 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped via La Poste, Chronopost, DPD, Colissimo, UPS or Mondial Relay. (The shipments do not always have tracking).
Shipping costs (flat rate) include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them.
Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
Preparation time: 24 to 72 working hours.
Average delivery times are:
France: 48 to 72 working hours at home - 1 to 5 working days at a relay point - (non-contractual indicative times)
Europe: 3 to 10 working days. (indicative non-contractual deadlines)

Deadline for exercising the legal right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L. 121-21 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the day of receipt of the package to exercise his legal right of withdrawal without having to justify her decision.
Procedures for exercising the legal right of withdrawal

The Buyer undertakes, in accordance with Article L.121-21-3 of the Consumer Code, to return the products concerned within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days from the approval of the return of the service customer. In the event of receipt of the products beyond this period of 14 days,
Products excluded from the legal right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.121-21-8 of the French consumer code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for cosmetic items that have been opened / used / tested by the Buyer for hygiene reasons,
Return package
The return must be via a tracked shipping method,
The return to the Relay Point is not authorized,
The return costs will be borne by the Buyer except in the event of lack of conformity of the products delivered,

When exercising his right of withdrawal, the buyer is entitled to request a total or partial refund of his order, the shipping costs being included only if the refund concerns the entire order.
Refund
Jesenslebonheur.fr will refund the returned items if they are compliant on the payment method used during the purchase within 7 days after receipt of the returned package,
