Delivery and returns

Shipping your package

Packages are generally shipped within 1 to 5 days after receipt of payment ( this time may be extended in the event of high activity ). They are shipped via La Poste, Chronopost, DPD, Colissimo, UPS or Mondial Relay. (Sends do not always have tracking).

Shipping costs (flat rate) include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package.
