We do our best to satisfy you. On this site, we present all the essential characteristics of the goods. We will be attentive to the comments you send us.
The characteristics presented (photos, descriptions, etc.) are taken from information given by the manufacturers.
1 The different steps to follow for the conclusion of the online contract
1.1 Order

After payment on a secure server (see ''payment''), an acknowledgment of receipt is displayed. It confirms the registration of your order and informs you that an electronic confirmation message will be sent to you as soon as possible.
This confirmation only informs you of the receipt of said order and in no way represents acceptance of your order.
A purchase contract is created when you validate your order, so you must make the payment as soon as possible, if you wish to withdraw you must inform us before the 14 days of legal withdrawal period if you do not do so. you will have to pay us the sums due under penalty of being taken care of by our litigation department. Please note that in case of prepayment, delivery only takes place when the total sum has been credited to our bank account and the condition of acceptance only begins at this point.

2.1Legal guarantees

Shipping your package
Packages are generally shipped within 1 day of receipt of payment. They are sent via La Poste, Chronopost, DPD, Colissimo, Happy Post or Mondial Relay. (The shipments do not always have tracking).
Shipping costs (flat rate) include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them.
Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
Preparation time: 24 working hours.
Average delivery times are:
France: 48 to 72 working hours at home - 3 to 5 working days at a relay point - (non-contractual indicative times)
Europe: 3 to 10 working days. (indicative non-contractual deadlines)

Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT, non-negotiable.
5. Methods of payment and means of security
We collect your payment at the time of the order. However, you can cancel your order as long as it has not been handed over to our carrier for shipment. As soon as your order is delivered for dispatch, an electronic message informs you that it has been dispatched.

6. Modalities for exercising the right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions, you have the possibility of exercising your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of your order.
You must first request a return from customer service (serviceclient@jesenslebonheur.fr), who will send you the return address.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The products must be in their original packaging with all the elements without deterioration (unopened / unused).
7. The duration of the contract and validity of the price.
The products remain the entire property of jesenslebonheur.fr until full payment has been received.
Our price offers are only valid within the double limit of the period of validity of the offer concerned and available stocks.
Our offers of goods and prices are valid if they appear online on the site on the day of the order.
Article L. 121-18 of the Consumer Code provides that “The duration of the validity of the offer and its price” must be included in the contract offer.
8.Applicable legislation / Competent jurisdiction
These conditions are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute on the merits or on the form, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
Article L. 111-2 of the Consumer Code provides that the general conditions of use must provide "if applicable, the applicable contractual clauses relating to the applicable legislation and the competent jurisdiction".

10.Product Defect and Shipping Damage Notification Requirements
Obvious defects (if our own transport is used, even damage due to transport), inappropriate deliveries, and quantity deviations must be communicated to jesenslebonheur.fr in writing immediately, or at the latest within 2 days following the receipt of goods.
If this is not the case, the application of all warranty claims is excluded. The postmark is proof of compliance with this deadline.
11. Severability clause
If one of these T&Cs proves invalid and inapplicable, the other conditions of the T&Cs remain unchanged.
